April 25, invited by the School of Arts of KU, the former foreign minister, finance minister, Nepali Ambassador to India and United States, Dr. Bekh Bahadur Thapa gave a lecture entitled with “Nepal Economic Diplomacy: Its Evolution and Practice”. In the lecture, Dr. Thapa reviewed the diplomatic history in Nepal since 1950s, illuminating the diplomatic problems existing in Nepal, and the relationship between Nepal and other countries, especially China, India and America. The foreign director Mr. Aryal made a further discussion with Dr. Thapa on the relationship and prospect between Nepal and China, India.
