December 7, CIKU gave a lecture on Chinese culture for ICIMOD scientists
In the full day of lecture, CIKU's Chinese Director Mr. Wang Shengli introduced Chinese history, economy, culture, Chinese language and etiquette with his fluent English. The scientists listened with strong interests and interacted positively. Chinese volunteer teacher Miss Liu Qiiuhua taught them some basic Chinese language and calligraphy.
ICIMOD is the center for committing on the search for knowledge development and study of the Himalayas and the global mountain area governments, bringing together many well-known scientists in Nepal. CIKU has given two lectures for ICIMOD scientists. Senior cultural lectures for research institutions expand the promotion space of Chinese language and Chinese culture and improve the CIKU's level and fame.
