September 30, CIKU held "Chinese Corner" welcoming
Chinese National Day. KU's dean of School of Arts, CIKU's director and
teachers and students took part in the program, communicating Chinese
learning and experiencing Chinese culture.
With high enthusiasm, CIKU's students sang Chinese songs one after another.
Chinese song "Sweet Honey" etc won bursts of applause. In addition,
students experienced calligraphy etc Chinese culture. Many students indicated
that "Chinese Corner" is beneficial for their Chinese learning
with its practical contents and lively forms.
As a conventional cultural program, "Chinese Corner" has been
holding every Sunday. "Chinese Corner" program improves students
interest in learning Chinese, building a new communication stage for Chinese
learners.
