On August 24, all the Confucius Institute Chinese teachers attended the Sino-Nepalese cultural recreational activities organized by embassy. Ambassador Wu Chuntai delivered the opening words and watched the show, embassy staff, volunteer teachers and dozens of Nepal schools and students attended the event.
Nepal and China teachers and students gathered together to sing Chinese songs, performe Chinese dance. Beautiful pop music, folk music and the beautiful sounds of bamboo dance won rounds of applause. Mr. Wu Chuntai offered to sing folk songs "Moscow Nights," his sounding voice fueled the atmosphere to the climax. Confucius Institute students sang "Song of Youth", "Friends", "First Dream" and other songs.
