The opening ceremony of new classes was held on October 29, 2007, in Confucius Instutute Balkumari, Lalitpur. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Suresj Raj Sharma, V.C., Prof. Dr. Bhadra Man Tuladhar; Registrar, Dr. Sagar Sharma, Chinese teachers from Confucius Institute and some students from Basic Level and Intermediate Level Classes attended the opening ceremony. Prof. Dr. Suresh Raj Sharma and Prof. Dr. Tuladhar delivered their speeches on the importance of Chinese learning and the future cooperation with Hebei University of Economics & Business.
