Counselor of PRC in Nepal Madam Wang Lixin visited Coufucius Classroom of CIKU ?? Lumbini Shishu Sadan on March 24th, 2013. She also attended the book and computer donation activity run by CIKU.
The Chinese Director Wang Shengli introduced the work of Confucius Classroom. Besides the Chinese language teaching, the Chinese Culture is also spread gradually there. After listening to the report, Madam Wang Lixin talked with the teachers and students. She expressed her appreciation to the work CIKU has done, and hoped CIKU can play a more important role in promoting the communication and cooperation between China and Nepal.
The students of Confucius Classroom performed Chinese dances, songs and poems for the visitors. All of them said they will learn Chinese language hard and become messengers for China-Nepal communication. Director Zhang Bing from Culture Section of Chinese Embassy, Mr. Zheng Yong from Office of Chinese Embassy, Mr. Sapkota, Chairman of Nepal-China Friendship Society attended the activity, too.
