A Series of Cultural Exhibition

(CI at KU, July 7th, 2008) Teachers from Confucius Institiute at Kathmandu University managed to have a series of cultural show covering Opera, Dishes, Places of Insterest, Nationalities, Costumes and Ancient Civilization. The show falls into three sections and will last for 15 days

The exhibition supplies a lot of colorful pictures with accurate English explanation. Teachers and students from K.U showed their great interest in this event the instant when the exhibition board was put in the hall. They gathered together, appreciating the beautiful pictures while learning how to cook the delicacies. They asked the Chinese teachers questions concerning the cuisines of the food and the acting of the opera now and then. They studied the cuisines and expressed that they would try at home.

The exhibition will help the Nepali to know more about Chinese Culture and Chinese People as well, which helps to promote the friendship between the two nations.
